Service Level Commitment

As with all of our services, we have a dedicated support team ready and waiting to help you out with any problems you may come across. You can contact our team by phone from 8am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 1am on Saturdays and they are always available by email.

However, signing up to Gradwell broadband doesn't just get you great speeds and an ideal VoIP line, you also get a service level commitment.

Enhanced Care

All of our DSL Premium customers receive the enhanced care package, whereby an engineer can attend 24/7, after the fault has been booked, however, you must provide a telephone number at the time of fault booking, where you can be reached at anytime, and must be able to arrive onsite within 15 minutes.

We strive to resolve faults on lines with enhanced care within a 24 clock hour period.

Standard Care

All Gradwell DSL Business lines come with a standard care package, whereby from time of fault booking, we will endeavour to resolve the fault within 48 clock hours.
