Our offices

Gradwell offers a relaxed environment in which to work across two modern offices allowing distinct spaces to come together and collaborate. Our HQ is based in the heart of Bath, close to the train station and a huge range of restaurants, café and shops. Our Leeds office is on outskirts of the city centre, with great transport links and easily accessible from the M62.

We are committed to supporting our teams find the right work/life balance by offering flexibility and doing what is best for our people. We do this through our hybrid working policy which allows teams to either work from one of our offices or from home, finding the best approach that works for them.
