Gradwell shortlisted for coveted Comms Council Award

Gradwell Communications is delighted to be announced as a finalist for this year’s Comms Council Awards, alongside other leading organisations in the industry.

Gradwell has been nominated for the Best ITSP SME award. The Best ITSP SME award recognises providers of internet telephony that have turnovers of up to £10.2 million and have demonstrated impressive business performance, innovation, and customer service over the past 12 months.

Gradwell has been recognised after impressing judges with its performance on key metrics such as year-on-year growth in monthly recurring revenue, customer growth and customer service. As part of the nomination, Gradwell’s own cloud phone system was also singled out as a great example of innovation. Wave has developed significantly within the last year, and was recently awarded recommended status by industry-leading magazine, PC Pro.

The Comms Council Award ceremony will be held on 28th September 2022.
