3CX and Wave are primarily deployed as a cloud-managed service in a data centre, rather than as a physical on-site PBX. This removes the risk of any expensive repairs, offers a range of extra features and there’s no need for any maintenance contracts.
Absolutely. Both 3CX and Wave offer you access to a ‘soft phone,’ which is an app installed on your mobile phone. This will allow you to access all the features from your office phone and make calls from your office number.
Provided each of your sites has an internet connection (and we can help you get one if not), you will be able to utilise our cloud phone systems across your business premises.
We host a Microsoft Teams-certified Session Border Controller (SBC) within our own network, which we then connect to our SIP Trunks. We then add another trunk between the SBC and Microsoft Teams so we can configure the line and connect this up with your Teams accounts.
